and novelty ice creams.  We also offer our appealing foods for catered events at a reduced rate, the perfect alternative foods for office functions and other special
occasions.

My Big Fat Greek Gyro’s pita sandwiches are made to order within minutes right in front of you, using only the freshest produce, all natural breads (no fat…no
preservatives) and lean meats that include gyro, chicken breast, lean sirloin and pork.  To ensure that each customer receives the freshest food possible, we limit our
stock so it does not sit around.  We also have fresh produce and other foods delivered to each store location at least twice a week.  Every sandwich that we make is
rolled into a convenient packaging and backed with foils to ensure that the product stays warm, even after being delivered.  Our fresh pita bread and unique packaging

COMMUNICATION

TRAINING      

Once you have signed your Franchise Agreement, negotiated a lease and started building your unit, you are ready to begin our comprehensive training program.  While
your unit is being prepared, you will train for approximately two (2) weeks at our My Big Fat Greek Gyro training store.  We will then be on-hand at your location to assist
you with training and all other aspects of your initial store opening.  Training Program specifications are outlined within the Franchise Agreement.
